2. Warm up those tired and fatigued muscles...
3. Rest your body and get a proper sleep... your body is your deivalayam!
4. No Smoking/Alcohols for you dancers...
5. Do breathing exercise...
6. As a dancer you should be patient. Because you won't see the result on the day itself.
7. Respect your GURUS.. You really have to. If you don't love or respect,,, then it's a dead end for you...
8. Be punctual. For Dancers - it's "Be Early"
9. Eat right... Be healthy and no oily food stuff, have six meals in a day with small potions.
10. Inspire others to dance as there's no other way to express Happiness but Dance!
