A little years back from now, we still can remember those days during our English lessons teacher taught us all kind of writing formats. But they didn't gave any opportunities to those small kids to express their feelings and imaginations. Teachers just kept us tied with tons of formats where these are still continued to the college and universities. We were taught to write letters, short memo's, reports, fax, notice and diary entries. What more and more everything!!! A kid ask but why not love letter?? That made me and my friends to laugh.
Everything had a particular formats, words limit, spaces, paragraphs and all. And everything we'd certain rules that we need to follow and sometimes got confused with those tons of formats. I used to confused when I was a kid and my sis helped me a lot with formats and I've seen some of my friends did a big mind map of writing formats in a piece of A4 paper and kept on revising on that before enter to the exam hall. I remember a day in my class that a classmate of mine wrote a diary entry question starts with my Dear Lovely diary and our teacher told him that its not the correct way of writing the diary entry. We used to think do diary entries and informal letter need any format???
Yeah!!! We need to follow certain rules in writing method but not when we're writing a letter to someone where we all were emotionally involved!! Or even a personal diary. How could one evaluate that? For those school syllabus I think there should be advantages on improving the students own creativity and communication skill but not on formats. Promisingly saying those were the though days for me and my batch even for now days kids.
And now after I'm grown up and enter into the college still the same routine goes over there. So to be away from these format following world I choose BLOG. I could write about anything over here by not following those scary formats. And about anything studies, Politics, Economics, Poems, letters and ect..
Thanks god they all never reached over to BLOGGER and teach us how to BLOG. lol
