Pyaar on Yoga Now!

I’ve been doing alot of Yoga recently. Yoga, because it’s a physical workout that also calms and keeps me centered. Also Bharathanatyam is one of my favorites. Amazing cardio and great music keeps me going.

Whether you do yoga, bharathanatyam or some other workout, regular exercise is really important. Find something you love to do and keep doing it. Regular exercise helps keeps you fit and feeling great, physically, mentally and emotionally.
