Internet Life
My first step towards social site was on Friendster.com when I was 19. During high school time I though it was some kind of games when friends talks about their friendster acc. Actually now its a game site for childrens. :P College changed me a lot. Join in friendster, reunite with my school friends back, then tagged.com from there I have earned really good friends like Senthuran, Ashwini and more. And then it was Senthuran who asked me to join in facebook on 2010 beginning. The first day I join in facebook like was s o weird I felt with 2 friends in my list. It was Senthu and Suganya *my family friend* then followed by her siblings with few of my high school classmates and later on my college Principle, lecturers, HOD and some bunch of girls from KLMU, VICTORIA Uni and COSMO college. 6 months in fb, then one day my mom bought the India tamil magazine Aananda Vikatan. There was a page dedicated for celebrities in social sites. I saw siddharth's twitter id and immediately sign up for a Twitter account and follow him and singer Chinmayi. For the very first 6 months I spent my twitter life with this awesome peoples on my following list. It was 2011 January where I followed most of the top celebrities but not all, only a few and some from media. Some good friends over there too. So after that you guys knows me and my daily life. ☺ xoxo

Real Beauty
calm is her heart, so is she an art..
an art of lord, well crafted through seasons..
created by a love so divine..to be a part..
of her mother's womb as she blossoms..
making her first appearance to the light
wrapped in a piece of cottony cloth!!
and opened her eyes so bright..
Filled with joy and happiness...
were the days spent with her...
as she grew up spreading her innocence
that in later years were to wither..
but blooming to a new kind of pleasure..
to the eyes of her beholder..
as she flew around in leisure..
spreading her ecstasy like a flower.
The wind was in love with her hair...
as it blew through, breathing in her scent..
so was the glow of the moonlight's desire..
to bathe her like her garment...
when she smiles the whole world rejoices..
to her elegance so wonderful..
like the rain that pours down in summer days..
leaving the sands so colorful!!
She is the strength that inspires...
She is the care that keeps you alive...
She is the love that nurtures..
She is the healing power that lets you survive
She is a mother...
She is a daughter..
She is a sister...
She is a friend...
She is a lover...
She is a wife...
She is the soul mate..
She is your companion...
She lives in you..
She breathes through you..
She is a part of you..
She is the Beauty!!
The Eternal Beauty!!!
Every girl is born beautiful..she is with you in every sphere of life...throughout her life.. she is your daughter full of innocence..she is your sister who you played with...she is your friend with whom you shared your worries..she is the lover who you admired...she is the wife who served all your needs...she is the mother who brought you into this world and grew you up to a human being!!..she is the one who nurtured your life...she is an art of perfection of the lord..she has the strength to go through her pains!! to make this a better place for you to live in!!
She is Beautiful!!!
Respect her inner self!!
Which makes every woman beautiful!!
Lets celebrate her beauty!! the Real Beauty hidden in every lady!! Lets embrace her true colors of love and elegance which makes her beautiful inside out!! Let every woman live in Peace and Dignity!!

An Irish Blessings
light without and light within,
May the blessed sunlight shine on you
and warm your heart till it glows like
a great peat fire, so that the stranger
may come and warm himself at it, and
also a friend.
And may the light shine out of the two
eyes of you, like a candle set in two
windows of a house, bidding the wanderer
to come in out of the storm.
And may the blessing of the Rain be on you -
the soft sweet rain. May it fall upon your
spirit so that all the little flowers may
spring up, and shed their sweetness on the air.
And may the blessing of the Great Rains be on
you, may they beat upon your spirit and wash
it fair and clean, and leave there many a
shining pool where the blue of heaven shines,
and sometimes a star.
And may the blessing of the Earth be on you -
the great round earth; may you ever have a
kindly greeting for them you pass as you're
going along the roads.
May the earth be soft under you when you
rest upon it, tired at the end of the day, and may
it rest easy over you when, at the last, you lay
out under it;
May it rest so lightly over you, that your soul
may be out from under it quickly, and up, and
off, and on its way to God.

Happy Birthday Pris!!
It was her birthday. My best twitter friend birthday on last 12th June. Yesterday got into her twitter profile to ask when is her birthday. Always wanted to ask her about this birthday but never. So yesterday I decided to ask her. But finally I noticed a Princess Birthday cake in her twitter photo gallery and saw a tweet under that too says "Happy Birthday to me"... Nearly fell of from my chair after reading that. How could I miss my very very favourite twitter person's birthday? Asked to myself. For my readers info, the my favourite twitter family consist of Anusha Dhayanidhi, Janani Iyer, Taapsee and her sister Shagun, and the Manchu Family and off coarse this pretty little birthday girl. So here now.... Wishing her a many more happy returns of the day. I know its late, but let is be the latest one Priya.
and Finally a Cake for you!! :):) Love you Pris... :) xoxo |

How Depressive Surf the WEB!
IN what way do you spend your time online? Do you check your e-mail compulsively? Watch lots of videos? Switch frequently among multiple Internet applications — from games to file downloads to chat rooms?
We believe that your pattern of Internet use says something about you. Specifically, our research suggests it can offer clues to your mental well-being.
In a study to be published in a forthcoming issue of IEEE Technology and Society Magazine, we and our colleagues found that students who showed signs of depression tended to use the Internet differently from those who showed no symptoms of depression.
In February of last year, we recruited 216 undergraduate volunteers at Missouri University of Science and Technology. First, we had the participants fill out a version of a questionnaire called theCenter for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale, which is widely used for measuring depression levels in the general population. The survey revealed that 30 percent of the participants met the criteria for depressive symptoms. (This was in line with national estimates that 10 to 40 percent of college students at some point experience such symptoms.)
Next, we had the university’s information technology department provide us with campus Internet usage data for our participants for February. This didn’t mean snooping on what the students were looking at or whom they were e-mailing; it merely meant monitoringhow they were using the Internet — information about traffic flow that the university customarily collects for troubleshooting network connections and such.
Finally, we conducted a statistical analysis of the depression scores and the Internet usage data.
There were two major findings. First, we identified several features of Internet usage that correlated with depression. In other words, we found a trend: in general, the more a participant’s score on the survey indicated depression, the more his or her Internet usage included these (rather technical-sounding) features — for instance, “p2p packets,” which indicate high levels of sharing files (like movies and music).
Our second major discovery was that there were patterns of Internet usage that were statistically high among participants with depressive symptoms compared with those without symptoms. That is, we found indicators: styles of Internet behavior that were signs of depressive people. For example, participants with depressive symptoms tended to engage in very high e-mail usage. This perhaps was to be expected: research by the psychologists Janet Morahan-Martin and Phyllis Schumacher has shown that frequent checking of e-mail may relate to high levels of anxiety, which itself correlates with depressive symptoms.
Another example: the Internet usage of depressive people tended to exhibit high “flow duration entropy” — which often occurs when there is frequent switching among Internet applications like e-mail, chat rooms and games. This may indicate difficulty concentrating. This finding, too, is consistent with the psychological literature: according to the National Institute of Mental Health, difficulty concentrating is also a sign of depressive symptoms among students.
OTHER characteristic features of “depressive” Internet behavior included increased amounts of video watching, gaming and chatting.
Earlier studies have looked into the relationship between Internet usage and depression, but ours is thought to be the first to use actual Internet data, collected anonymously and unobtrusively, rather than student-completed surveys about Internet usage, which are less reliable.
What are the practical applications of this research? We hope to use our findings to develop a software application that could be installed on home computers and mobile devices. It would monitor your Internet usage and alert you when your usage patterns might signal symptoms of depression. This would not replace the function of mental health professionals, but it could be a cost-effective way to prompt people to seek medical help early. It might also be a tool for parents to monitor the mood-related Internet usage patterns of their children.
Such software could also be used at universities, perhaps installed on campus networks to notify counselors of students whose Internet usage patterns are indicative of depressive behavior. (This proposal, of course, raises privacy concerns that would have to be addressed.)
Mental health groups have recommended screening in multiple settings as a critical component of preventing mental health problems in young people. We believe that monitoring Internet usage could be part of the solution.

A version of this op-ed appeared in print on June 17, 2012, on page SR12 of the New York edition with the headline: How Depressives Surf the Web.

Alice and Me...
Well... Alice and Me actually peoples who knows me very well, they know the fact that I love to dream and meeting new peoples. Guess, when I was 3 years old, my elder sister read for me all the Fairy tale stories and on a particular day she took out this Alice in the Wonderland she bought after her college. In the beginning I don't know what does the Wonderland meant by and how does it look a like. one day I asked my sister, then she explain the word wonderland briefly.
Later on my living place all changed to look like a wonderland, with many toys that my parents and siblings buy for me. My bro painted my room into Pink color. haha. i know he don't want to do that but I black-mailed him too much.
Now the reason why I love Wonderland, it's all just because I love to dream. My mom always says keep on dreaming and later on try to achieve it. For achieving all are the behind part of the story but dream first. There will be so many barriers to stop you from achieving your dream but nothing for dreaming it.
And this was the main reason why I named my studio as "dreamIT" STUDIO
Rain pour on ME!!!
Since from my childhood days..
I'm always fascinated by rain...
It's a very special feeling for me..
It gives an ultimate peace in my heart....
I always thinks where does this water comes from...
Look up to the sky through my window..
I still cherish those days...
The rhythm of the rain brings a big peace into me..
Always pacified my crying heart...
Rain gives me the strength to move on...
Because nobody can't see I'm crying..
When I walk in the rain...
Rain my special LOVE!!!

The Dance
I was sleeping, I was dreaming!
The gentle touch of his breath awakened me.
His stretched arms invited me to dance,
He took my hand in his and held me by my waist.
The nature sung to us the sweetest of its melodies;
Twists and turns, bends and curves,
He taught me its every detail.
We painted the world with beautiful colors
As we stepped each step.
Against blowing winds, scorching sun,
Heavy rains and the head strong mountains,
We jumped high and danced
In rythm to the highest pitch of nature;
And our laughs echoed across seven worlds!
When the dance was done
and our eyes met for one last time,
His breaths grew heavy
They seemed like the hottest flames of a burning volcano,
And I found my whole being melting before him!

Anxious to know right??? haha
A Seperation
Feels liked pulled into a mesmerizing painting and one is the artist, the color and the subject, all rolled into a perfect whole that one forgets what one is. Each actor, not actor but lived. Each emotions was not out there, but it was within! Every element of the movie has one unifying element - economy. Not a single scene, a single word, a single expression was unnecessary. Sculpting precisely, ego, honesty, loyalty, love, as real as it can be.
Ever thought about what would you do if you had to choose between a dying old man and an unborn child? A moral dilemma indeed, specially to those concerned. Many philosophers theorize about man's morality. One such theory describes it as stages with the first layer akin to the simple reasoning of a child who thinks "it's all right to do anything as long as one doesn't get caught". The next one being the phase when we do things "to keep the others around pleased or things that are right according to law". Then again, the final level, the highest and more difficult level founded on the "universal principles of an ideal humanity". This movie touches on every one of these layers and from multiple angles. Life as it is, seems to be the most interesting story of all.
Into the homes, in the streets, you walk following an enigmatic stranger - the story. You see unfolding the multiple realities to every character - their faith, their conflict, their honor, their life, in fine detail. Not all that different from you and me. In all, a perfectly woven persian carpet, magically flying you through the hills and the vales of the human mind!
